Future Rescue Dogs.....
If you are interested in obtaining a rescue dog, please fill out our Rescue Application.  You can either fax it back to (503)-631-3320, attach it to an email and send it to our Rescue Coordinator or snail mail it to the address on the last page of the application.  You will need Acrobat Reader for this pdf file.  We keep them on file for six months but make sure to check our Rescue pages frequently for updates.
